DESIGN: BODYVOX DANCERS SOAR
Beyond poetry in motion, BodyVox is freewheeling imagination unbound. A fresh, lively blend of bold athleticism and creative choreography, they needed a bold package to promote their upcoming season to event coordinators around the nation. It had to be a combination brochure, folder and catch-all for posters, DVDs and materials from previous seasons. All while showing the exciting diversity of styles and "movement that moves audiences."

DESIGN: BAYSINGER PARTNERS ARCHITECTURE
This mid-size Portland architectural firm had experienced a change of principals and direction and needed a new name and identity. We helped take them through the naming process and then used that as a springboard for developing a logo and identity package, as well as presentation materials.

DESIGN: CORONADO CAFE
The Coronado Cafe is a healthy juice bar and cafe that opened its first location in the Argyle Square development in Wilsonville. The owners had plans to open a few branches in the area, then possibly franchise the concept regionally and nationally. Because of the name, we suggested a classic, beach-oriented concept that would differentiate them from the competition, most of whom are emphasizing a palm-tree, thatched hut, surfer concept.

DESIGN: HIGHWAY RETAIL
Highway Retail, a commercial development company, was planning to open a chain of convenience store/carwash/gas station outlets in suburbs in the Midwest. It was targeted to appeal to a larger and more affluent demographic than the typical development in this category. The logo we developed is a retro-cool vertical image, which led to the development of interior designs with bright "surfer" colors and textures on the signs, and metallic surfaces with water-themed murals inside.

DESIGN: NATIONAL INDIAN CHILD WELFARE ASSOCIATION
The National Indian Child Welfare Association (NICWA) has been a long-time client and we have had the privilege of doing their corporate annual reports, presentation materials and brochures. A nonprofit agency dedicated to the well-being of Native American children and families, they have been effective agents of change in their culture.

DESIGN: PORT OF KLICKITAT
Located in the Columbia River Gorge with access to a major east-west freeway (I-84) and only an hour from Portland and I-5, this dynamic region has attracted new global companies like Google who are looking for lifestyle and development opportunities that aren't tied to the old industrial centers. So when the Port of Klickitat came looking for a fresh approach to woo these companies to their new port development, we had a campaign ready to go.

DESIGN: NORDSTROM "ROCK THE BLOCK"
Their annual fall fashion show was looking a little tired and losing the audience that most mattered to the store, the young fashionistas who set the trends and influence the opinions of their peers. So we suggested a downtown block party set in Portland's Pioneer Courthouse Square that would have rock bands, a rock-climbing "mountain" and freebies from the latest design houses. The combination ticket, party-favor and redeemable coupon set the tone for the event graphics and mailings.
